Briefly about me: I am 18 years old. I live with my grandparents and my husband in one house. (My husband is 12 years older than me), he is working in the fields. In 8 months we are going to have our first child. When my grandmother fell sick, I had to help at home with cooking and washing, so was unable to attend school after 7th Standard. My family is poor, but I manage to do some monthly savings, which helps to maintain the family. I get a good experience working for Shramik Kala; we are functioning as one very big family, which is pushing up my confidence a lot. I enjoy my work and try to give my best. I have no real relation for marketing, but seeing the orders that go abroad, I feel useful and important. Actually, this gives me a reason to work even harder. I like helping others and making friends. I dislike my husbands drinking habit. I hope this center will be able to rise in the future, enabling more women to get employed. In general, I would like to see my husband having his own land, (presently he is working for a landlord) and that we will manage together our family situation.
